It is the desire of the Men’s Ministry of FBC Folsom to disciple and train every man of any age to be “a man after God’s own heart.” The Men’s Ministry offers Bible studies throughout the year that meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:00. When the opportunity arises this ministry takes part in conferences that deal with issues related particularly to men. This ministry is open to men of all ages.

Wednesday Nights:

Our men's ministry is pleased to announce our newest bible study A Bout With Doubt by Ed Young.  Study sessions meet on Wednesday nights @ 6 PM.  Our Wednesday night Bible/book studies generally include video and/or PowerPoint presentations to enhance our study experience.

Resources for the studies are available through the church.  All are encouraged and invited to attend.

 
 Monthly Prayer Breakfast:

On the last Saturday morning of every month we host a men's prayer breakfast at 8:00 at which we gather to eat, fellowship, and spend time together in God's Word and in prayer. 

Our next Men's Prayer Breakfast will be Saturday, March 26 in the Family Life Center.

 
 
Men's Fall Retreat:

Recently we had our Men's Fall Retreat at Camp Living Waters in Loranger, LA.  Our guest speaker was Dr. Bill Warren of the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, and he talked with us about being men of God by modelling our character after Jesus' teaching in the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5-7).  It was an incredible time of teaching, fellowship, worship, and challenge!
