  1. Seek gospel-centered leadership. (1Tim. 3:1-13) “Learn from someone who is dependent on God as they to live out God’s purposes.”
  2. Share the work with diverse people. 1Cor. 12:4-7 & v.11
  3. Organize for God’s work according to interests, gifts, and needs. 1Cor. 12:4-7 & v.11
  • The Gifts are given by God.

  • The Gifts are given to build up the Body of Christ, each other.

  • The Gifts bring unity.

  1. Others recognize God working powerfully through you.

  2. Others grow in Christ, as a result.
