I. 4:1-4 "Call to Walk Worthy"
A. Humility & Gentleness: Step with the force of love to leave the imprint of grace.
B. Patience & Bearing with One another in Love: Move at the speed of love by graciously enduring others.
C. UNIFY: Strive for unity by keeping pace with peace by the marks of your calling.
II. 4:5-6 The Reasons to Walk Worthy: God is One, He saves us in Unity (Spirit, Son, Father), To become One.
II. 4:7-16 "Provision for Unity through Diversity"
A. Provision for our walk.
B. His provision prevents misdirection in our walk.
C. Each one gifted Each one responsible for unity.

Focus Point: The Maturing Church
Ephesians 2:11-22
Vv.11-12 Why were Gentiles/ non-Jews separated from God’s people before the arrival of Christ and what did they miss out on as a result?
Vv.13-18 What eliminated the hostile wall of religious separation between Jews and non-Jews?
In v.17 how did he begin to bring peace?
What was the ultimate cost of peace, v.13, v.16b?
In what ways do people in the church try to rebuild a religious wall between outsiders and insiders?
How can we remove this wall by imitating Christ?
V.18 in what ways do we passively keep people from access to faith in Christ?
V.19 How can you help your church make others, especially new or different people, feel like fellow citizens rather than strangers?
V.20-21 How can you serve others and teach others to join you in building up your local church to reflect the oneness that Christ died to bring to God’s people?
What does it take to become friends with others not like you, and why is this an important normal practice in a Christian’s life?
